In South Africa there are three primary compliance bodies and those include CIPC, SARS and Labour. A sizable number of entrepreneurs are no familiar with what is required of them to stay compliant with these bodies until they find themselves in trouble which leads to loss of opportunities, heavy penalties, and interests. Entrepreneurs find themselves not able of obtain finance and not eligible to bid for tenders or business opportunities. We have witnessed quite a number of business owners who could not bid for one or more tenders due to the lack of compliance coming to our offices when it is too late.
